At Gisborne Dental Clinic, we provide on the spot private health insurance claims with all health providers as well as EFTPOS transactions for your convenience. We know that dental care can be expensive, especially with cosmetic dentistry, and which is why you should enquire about our payment plan or credit options (***conditions apply***).
We Accept Credit Card
You are able to use your Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS Cards for your dental treatments.
Claim Directly From Your Health Fund
We are able to process via our HICAPS terminal so you can claim directly from your Health Fund and only pay the difference at the time of your treatment.
We are also preferred providers for the following insurance:
HUMM – Fund All Dental & Orthodontic Treatments And Out Of Pocket Costs
- Payment plans from $1,000 to $30,000 – covering all surgery fees
- No stress – the whole process is managed privately by our Consultants
- Flexible options – any additional repayments can be added back on to the payment plan at no extra charge
- Fast efficient approvals, simply apply online
Get Started with HUMM:
- Book your appointment online or call us 5428 2108.
- You will be required to attend for a full dental examination to determine the cost of your treatment plan. A calculated repayment option will be given to you in addition to the treatment plan.
- Once the treatment plan has been finalised, apply for HUMM through one of our lovely receptionist.
TLC – Fund All Medical/Dental Treatments and Out Of Pocket Costs:
- Payment plans from $2,001 to $70,000 – covering all dental fees.
- No stress – the whole process is managed privately by our Patient Coordinators.
- Any additional repayments or rebates can be added back onto the payment plan at no extra charge
- Get the right treatment at the right time!
Benefits of TLC:
- No upfront fees – everything is included in the patient’s minimum repayment (no set up or monthly account fees).
- Broader eligibility criteria – TLC can consider patients who are casual, part-time, or receiving Centrelink payments
- Patients with minor credit defaults may still be eligible.
- Parents can apply on behalf of their children.
- Family members can apply on behalf of patients.
- Patients with strong credit scores may receive rates starting from 6.3%, and a personalised quote is always provided prior to proceeding.

Gisborne Dental are amazing! They accepted my 6 year old son to get his first filling, with only a few hours notice on a weekend. Dr Clara was so good with him, and made what could have been a very traumatic experience - a memorable fun time, that my son enjoyed and he can't wait to go back. We really appreciated the service from start to finish, definitely 5 stars!

Gisborne Dental Group was recommended to me and I’m so glad it was. I used to travel to Melbourne for dental care and while my previous dentist was good (just very expensive), Gisborne Dental Group has been far superior in every way.
Their customer service is outstanding, the team is incredibly knowledgeable, and their pricing is much more reasonable. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

Wonderful first visit at Gisborne Dental Group. I’m anxious at the dentists but their equipment and approach made the exam and cleaning comfortable and quick. I especially loved the 360-degree xray, which allowed them to spot problem areas and make sure the cleaning was extra thorough. Great approach to preventative care.

My son Eli had his first ever dentist app today, and could not regard a dentist more highly they treated him awesome. He had a blast which is unusual for a child but was definitely a great dentist for children highly recommend ?

From the moment my nervous little self entered after many years of no dental work due to trauma. I felt calm and in control of this situation. Josh was nothing but understanding and caring of my needs and concerns. Once my comprehensive exam was complete i was then blessed with an amazing hygienist Trish who was also very caring and understanding of my anxiety and talked me through every step she took, the way they both interacted with myself was truly an amazing experience.
